Trust
Zippee Protection
Zippee Homes was built around trust — but trust must never come from exaggerated promises. Zippee Protection explains the real tools we use to improve accountability, and what you must still verify yourself.

What Zippee Protection does
Identity verification
Sellers, hosts, providers, and employers may complete identity or credential steps. An “Identity Verified” badge reflects completed checks — not a guarantee of honesty or ownership.
Listing moderation
Staff review listings and related content when reports or automated signals flag possible fraud, policy violations, or quality issues.
Reporting tools
Signed-in users can report listings, jobs, Stay and service listings, community posts, and other users. Reports feed internal review workflows.
Account enforcement
Zippee Homes may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate policies — immediately for severe misconduct.
Safety education
Guides, FAQs, and in-product warnings remind users to verify people, property, documents, and payment requests themselves.
Optional protected flows (when enabled)
For some services, Zippee Homes may offer clearly labeled flows where payment is routed through Zippee Homes and contact is withheld until confirmation. These are only available when explicitly shown in the product — not assumed for every listing.
What Zippee Protection does not mean
- Zippee Protection is not insurance, escrow, or a financial guarantee.
- It does not guarantee that a listing is legitimate, that a seller owns a property, or that a transaction will succeed.
- Identity verification does not mean Zippee Homes endorses a user or their listings.
- Moderation cannot review every message in real time or prevent all fraud.
- Off-platform payments arranged directly between users remain entirely at users’ own risk.
- Zippee Homes does not ask for property deposits simply because a listing appears on the marketplace.
Before sending money for property, verify the person, property, documents, and payment recipient. Never assume legitimacy because someone appears on Zippee Homes.
