Delete your Zippee Homes account

Zippee Homes is the consumer marketplace app for real estate, Stay, jobs, the Employer Portal, and local services in Liberia. The app is developed and published by ZippeeTech.

You do not need to sign in to request deletion by email. Deletion cannot be undone after the grace period.

1. Delete from the Zippee Homes mobile app

If you have the app installed, you can schedule deletion yourself:

Open the Zippee Homes app and sign in.
Go to your Profile tab (Account).
Open Account Settings if needed, then tap Privacy Policy at the bottom of Account (or the Privacy Policy link in the account footer).
Tap Delete my account (30 days) and confirm Schedule deletion.

Your account is deactivated immediately. Permanent deletion is scheduled after a 30-day grace period. Contact support@zippeehomes.com within those 30 days if you want to cancel.

2. Request deletion by email

Email us from the address on your Zippee Homes account:

Send a message to support@zippeehomes.com.
Use the subject line: Delete my Zippee Homes account.
Include the email or phone number on your account, and (optional) your display name so we can find the right profile.
We will confirm when deletion has been scheduled.

Email requests: typically 2–5 business days, then the same 30-day grace period as in-app.

3. Optional: schedule deletion on this website

If you are already signed in on zippeehomes.com, you can schedule the same 30-day deletion here. This is optional — methods 1 and 2 above are enough for Play Store account-deletion requirements.

You do not need to sign in to request deletion by email. To use the on-page button, optionally sign in.

What data is deleted

When deletion completes (after the grace period, or sooner if we process an accelerated request), we delete or anonymize account data associated with you, including:

Profile information (name, email, phone, photo, account preferences)
Listings you posted (real estate, stays, jobs, services) and related status
Uploaded photos and other media tied to your account or listings
Messages and in-app conversations
Saved items, favorites, and similar preferences
Verification information (IDs, selfies, and related verification files)
Bookings, applications, service requests, and similar activity records we can remove

What may be retained

Some limited information may be retained when required for:

Legal obligations under the laws of the Republic of Liberia
Fraud prevention and security (for example, blocking abuse of re-registration after serious policy violations)
Financial or payment confirmation records for optional paid features we confirmed (we do not store peer-to-peer payment card numbers)
Dispute resolution related to reports or ongoing investigations

Retention period: account content is scheduled for permanent purge 30 days after a deletion request (in-app or confirmed by support). Any legally required records we must keep are retained only as long as that obligation lasts (typically up to the period required by applicable Liberian law for the specific record type, and then deleted or anonymized). We do not keep deleted personal profiles for marketing.
