Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Zippee account and your data at any time. Deletion removes your profile and personal information and deletes or anonymizes your listings, messages, requests, and bookings. We keep only limited records we are legally required to retain. Deletion cannot be undone.
From the mobile app
Open Zippee → Profile / Account → Delete my account, then confirm.
On the web
Sign in to delete your account here, or email zhchatbot@hotmail.com from your account email to request deletion.
