Our trust program explains what verification, moderation, and reporting actually do — and what they do not guarantee.
Identity verification
Sellers, hosts, and providers can complete verification steps. An Identity Verified badge reflects those checks only.
Listing moderation
Staff review listings and related content when reports or signals flag possible fraud or policy violations.
Report suspicious activity
Signed-in users can report real estate listings, Stay listings, Local Services, jobs, community posts, and other users.
Owner blocking
Users can block listing owners they no longer want to interact with.
Before you send money
Zippee Homes does not ask for property deposits simply because a listing appears on the marketplace. Never assume a payment request is legitimate because someone appears on Zippee Homes.
- Confirm location, access, and documentation before sending money.
- Prefer written agreements and channels you can audit.
