Work through these phases with your team. Legitimate backlinks come from outreach and useful content — not bulk purchases or link farms.

Phase 2 — Liberia directories (Weeks 2–4)

- Job seeker WhatsApp/Facebook groups — share /jobs with a short helpful note
Phase 3 — Content & PR (ongoing)
- Share county/city pages from /locations when you have listings there
- Monthly LinkedIn or blog posts: renting in Monrovia, Stay, hiring in Liberia
- Guest post pitch to Liberian news and proptech sites — link to /locations or /jobs
- Press release to local + diaspora media — homepage, /locations, /hiring
- Ask onboarded agents, hosts, and providers for a “Listed on Zippee Homes” link
Phase 4 — Startup directories (Weeks 3–6)
- African startup and proptech directories (free tiers first)
- Company profiles (Crunchbase, etc.) with homepage + Liberia description
- Product Hunt or similar when you have a launch moment
Phase 5 — Monitor (monthly)
- Search Console → Links report — track new referring domains
- Search Console → Performance — queries for Monrovia rent, Liberia homes, jobs Liberia
- Fix broken links and 404s from Search Console
- Vary anchor text — don’t use identical text on every directory
What not to do
- Don't buy bulk backlinks or use automated link farms
- Don't spam the same URL across dozens of groups in one day
- Don't use misleading anchor text (e.g. “official government housing”)
