HOTEL RECEPTIONIST POSITIONS IN BUCHANAN, GRAND BASSA COUNTY

MI GROUP will be opening the Suncoast Resort this July in Buchanan. We're hiring professional Receptionists to deliver outstanding guest service and support front-desk operations at this one of a kind beachfront hotel. Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional manner -Manage check-ins, check-outs, room assignments and guest folios -Handle reservations by phone, email and online booking systems -Provide concierge assistance: local information, directions, tour and activity bookings -Answer, screen and transfer calls; manage front -desk email enquiries -Process payments, issue receipts and maintain accurate records -Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, & departments to ensure guest satisfaction -Resolve guest complaints promptly and escalate when necessary -Maintain a tidy, organized reception area and ensure security procedures are followed -Assist with administrative tasks: filing, reporting, and basic data entry -Support special events, group arrivals and other front-of-house functions as needed Send your CV, a photo, and a short cover message via WhatsApp to +231 776-969999 or email to amodad123@yahoo.com.
